– We do our best to process and ship the orders as soon as possible – Usually within 2 workdays when have it in stock. If the item that you have ordered is not in stock, we’ll let you know. 

– Estimated delivery time is 4-14 workdays. Delivery time does not include customs, domestic holidays, strikes or anything that is beyond our control.

-There are few distant locations in Israel that may require additional delivery time. We will notify the relevant clients after the order will be generated. 

– Delivery times for custom made orders will be determined individually per order, with the client.
